Credit Connect Group (CCG) is currently assessing a number of financing opportunities. Subject to the completion of our due diligence, we expect to present these lending opportunities to eligible investors in the coming weeks.
These investment opportunities will offer target returns from 8%, loan-to-value ratios (LVRs) of up to 70%, and will be first mortgage secured, primarily against properties located in established metropolitan suburbs.
