What types of deals does CCG specialise in?

We specialise in commercial, business, investment, development, bridging, and complex lending transactions. All facilities are secured by a registered mortgage over Australian real property. Our solutions are designed for borrowers who fall outside standard bank credit policies, require structures that major lenders are unable to accommodate, or need faster access to capital than traditional approval timelines allow.

Which of my clients are a good fit for CCG?​

Can I submit a deal that isn’t fully packaged?

Yes. We encourage early engagement. Our team can assist with structuring and guidance to improve the likelihood of approval.

How easy is it to work with CCG as a broker?

We keep the process streamlined, with direct access to decision-makers, fast response times, and a collaborative approach to getting deals settled.

Do you offer competitive commissions for brokers?

Broker commission is either mandated directly with the borrower or noted on our offer documents. Brokerage is deducted from the loan amount and paid upon settlement.

How quickly can I get an indicative response?

In most cases, we can provide initial feedback or an indicative within 24–48 hours, depending on the complexity of the deal.

What information do you need to assess a deal?

At a minimum: loan amount, security details, borrower profile, purpose, and proposed exit strategy. From there, we will guide you on any additional requirements.

What loan sizes do you typically fund?

We fund loans between $80k and $50 million.

What LVRs do you typically work to?

LVRs vary depending on the deal type, asset, and borrower profile. We assess each scenario on its merits and will provide guidance early in the process.

What are your typical loan terms?

Loan terms are tailored to the transaction, typically ranging from short-medium term bridging solutions. Terms up to 24 months can be considered.

Do you fund urgent or time-sensitive settlements?

Yes. We are well-positioned to support urgent transactions, including bridging finance and short-term funding scenarios.

Can you assist with complex or credit-impaired borrowers?

Yes. We specialise in scenarios that fall outside traditional lending criteria and take a flexible, case-by-case approach.
