We provide the following disclosure for the information of members:
- The auditor of the company, Crowley Calvert & Associates Audit Pty Ltd, has resigned as auditor of Credit Connect Capital Ltd.
- The directors have appointed Intentus Pty Ltd trading as Intentus Chartered Accountants as the auditor of the trustee of the Fund for the year ended 30 June 2024.
- The change has occurred as a result of the merger of Crowley Calvert & Associates Audit Pty Ltd with Kelly Partners and Crowley Calvert & Associates Audit Pty Ltd ceasing to trade.
