Dear valued Members of the Credit Connect Select Fund,

We provide the following disclosure for the information of members:

  1. The auditor of the company, Crowley Calvert & Associates Audit Pty Ltd, has resigned as auditor of Credit Connect Capital Ltd.
  2. The directors have appointed Intentus Pty Ltd trading as Intentus Chartered Accountants as the auditor of the trustee of the Fund for the year ended 30 June 2024.
  3. The change has occurred as a result of the merger of Crowley Calvert & Associates Audit Pty Ltd with Kelly Partners and Crowley Calvert & Associates Audit Pty Ltd ceasing to trade.
