evidence is listed in the many roles we have recruited in these
categories, across a wide variety of industry segments. This further
demonstrates our overall capability and experience
to apply our methodology in these
categories, no matter the experience or skills required for the role.
Through our people focussed insights and
our ability to uncover "fit factors" and repeating patterns of
behaviour, we have shown how this removes
the risk of hiring people based on "gut feel" or experience
alone. In some role categories candidates often present a higher level
of ability and enthusiasm which, if not investigated and analysed, can
