Our best practice methodology is where we begin in any engagement with a client or candidate. The evidence is we have removed the risk for clients on many occasions from appointing the wrong person for the role, while identifying an individual who will make a genuine contribution to that organisation's success.

Our Category Experience and reputation for 19 years has been in Executive, HR, Marketing and, in particular, technical Marketing roles. The evidence is listed in the many roles we have recruited in these categories, across a wide variety of industry segments. This further demonstrates our overall capability and experience to apply our methodology in these categories, no matter the experience or skills required for the role.

Through our people focussed insights and our ability to uncover "fit factors" and repeating patterns of behaviour, we have shown how this removes the risk of hiring people based on "gut feel" or experience alone. In some role categories candidates often present a higher level of ability and enthusiasm which, if not investigated and analysed, can be misinterpreted as the appearance of performing in the role. Our best practice methodology removes that risk by ensuring we have uncovered what a candidate may reveal or present in a standard behavioural interview. This allows us to provide candidates who will interview well and, more importantly, will be highly successful, add value to your business and be engaged longer.

For our candidates, it means that we are removing the risk of referring them to positions that on face value may appear to suit their experience or profile, however will not, for whatever reason, create an environment for them to be successful. The evidence that this is well received, is that most of our candidates become our clients, as they have been through our process, and know we will only present people who are suitable.
