Due to our unique ability to uncover fit
factors and repeating patterns of behaviour when we are screening and
interviewing candidates, we are able to tailor this service when
employees are being made redundant and/or transitioned out of an
organisation. This service is a low cost alternative to full
outplacement services.
We provide a comprehensive report to the employee after we have
interviewed with them, that covers their strengths and areas for
development, as well as realistic salary expectations. We meet with
them to go over this report and discuss interview techniques and
improvement and ideas of what organisations they can consider applying
to directly or through our recruitment services.
If an organisation requires a full
outplacement service, we have partnerships with career psychologists
and psychometric evaluation that we can offer as an addition or instead
of our service.
