Carroll Consulting
Group was founded in 1990 with a focus on understanding client
and candidates needs. The business continued to grow and develop with
experience across most commercial and government organisations in
Brisbane. A track record of being consultative, taking ownership and
solving problems has resulted in client and candidate relationships
spanning almost 2 decades. The business changed ownership (but did not
lose the quality focus) in 1998 with the acquisition by Ian Hamilton
who had worked in the business since 1993.
In 2007 the business
gained Margie Ireland-Sharman as an equity holder and Director in the
business adding another dimension with her experience within the
recruitment and onsite solution market. Prior to Joining Margie had
been involved in assessment and benchmarking the recruitment practices
of major companies.
Through a
philosophy of being consultative in the process the company now
stands proudly behind the vision of providing value to a business above
and beyond any placement. Over the years the process has continued to
evolve and develop until today we set a benchmark for professional
rigour and thoroughness. We strive to understand the success factors of
a role and through a unique process of translating these success
factors into the interview process we determine the best possible
candidate fit.
